She was the president of North End Support Team, which helps fund expenses such as counseling, drug testing and transportation for drug court participants.
On The Issues
McClain is opposed to government-mandated vaccinations that are against an individual’s religious, philosophical or medical beliefs, including parental decisions around vaccinations for their children.
McClain believes COVID-19 patients should be not be held liable for non-covered insurance costs.
McClain supports repealing the ACA and replacing it with a free market approach to health care coverage that starts with individual responsibility. She supports "sending Medicaid to the state level" and wants to focus on inefficiencies with Medicare to reduce costs and fraud. McClain supports expanding the use of health savings accounts and allowing health care coverage to be purchased across state lines.

McClain led the formation of the Macomb District 43-1B Drug Court by founding and serving as the the president of North End Support Team for four years. The organization helps fund expenses such as counseling, drug testing and transportation for drug court participants.

McClain describes herself as "100% pro-life," supporting a Human Life Amendment to the U.S. Constitution and the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act. She opposes taxpayer funding of abortion and abortion providers.
