I think we have to target that issue." Moore believes states should manage health care policies and the federal government should try to limit medical monopolies. Moore was an all-state high school quarterback, leading his team to the Utah state semifinal as a senior. Utah Governor Michael Leavitt presented him with a Governor’s Proclamation in honor of his accomplishments, and Ogden City Mayor Glenn Meacham did the same by declaring a city-wide “Blake Moore Day.” Moore is an Eagle Scout who speaks fluent Korean. Moore contracted COVID-19 in October 2020.
